Chelsea is the Marketing Lead and Administrative Assistant for Elcon’s Washington offices. Her responsibilities include monitoring client projects, assisting with teaming for multi-discipline projects, and coordinating with clients and prime/sub consultants. Chelsea has also provided support for spec support to engineers for United States Coast Guard projects.
