Doug has 20 years of experience in both AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting. He is hard working, quality oriented with work experience in the drafting fields of electrical, structural, mechanical/HVAC, and civil engineering. Doug works within Elcon’s rail transit team to deliverable high quality design drawings and final deliverables. Doug’s extensive rail transit portfolio includes rail transit projects for TriMet, Sound Transit, BART, SDOT, King County Metro, among others.
