Organic Waste Receiving Facility
Elcon is performing project management, design services, bidding services, and construction support services for the pumping system, and the electrical and instrumentation system at the BES organic waste receiving facility. Design elements will include power and detailed design of PLC control and SCADA communication panels. The design also included site lighting and fiber optic upgrades.
