Lookout Point Transformer Value Engineering
While following CDC guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, Elcon participated in a 32-hour, web-based, value engineering workshop as the electrical engineer with expertise in transformer design for transformer installation. The workshop consisted of a study, presentation, and contributions to the final report.
