Montlake Hub Capital Improvements Project
Through data collection and basemaps review, Elcon prepared a 30% project design basis memorandum for the improvement project. Elcon performed the OCS design for the displaced strain poles affected by sidewalk widening and channelization to facilitate electric trolleybus movements Joint use OCS pole with traffic signal was employed in the OCS design with 60%, 90%, and Final Design plans Specifications and Construction Cost Estimates. Construction started in May 2019 and work has been completed. Elcon assisted SDOT with design support during construction.
