Richard Rozalski has been an electrical engineer for 34 years and has worked at Elcon for 25 years. His experience includes electrical design and construction management support for the Sound Transit, Seattle Streetcar, City of Seattle, Port of Seattle, U.S. Coast Guard and SeaTac Airport. He specializes in communications and power systems, load analysis, field acceptance testing and Construction Management.
