On-Call Electrical and Systems Engineering
Elcon has been providing on-call services as a prime consultant for TriMet since the early 1990’s. Elcon is currently under two on-call contracts for engineering and on-call systems engineering services. These contracts have resulted in many unique task orders and enabled us to work continuously with TriMet for many consecutive years.
