Kodiak Hangar One Doors
Elcon designed the electrical upgrades to support renovation of twenty 34’x34’ aircraft hangar doors and eight personnel doors. Design included a modified drive system for door operators and heat tracing of door track. Design allowed continued use of the hangar throughout construction. Reviewed as-built drawings, performed site inspections, calculated loads, and prepared electrical design for power distribution, lighting, safety switches, and test requirements.
